It’s no secret that the Nike Air Max 97 is one of Nike’s most popular sneakers at the moment which is why you see new colorways constantly releasing left and right. On deck we have another new flavor to show you which comes with some Arizona State vibes as the shoe starts off with a white leather construction on the mudguard and portions of the wavy upper. A gradient that goes from Team Red on the toe to Amarillo is seen on the neoprene side panels and toe with the same two colors also appearing on the tongue, inner liner, heel, the full-length Air Max unit, and the rubber outsole. If you like what you see from this Air max 97 then look for a release to go down in the coming weeks for $160.
Last year Nike released an olive “Weekend Campout” colorway of the Nike Air Monarch 4 to celebrate Father’s Day. This year they’re back at it again with another special colorway of the signature “dad shoe.” This time around the chunky-soled runner takes on a completely new look as the shoe comes constructed out of a light blue denim material all throughout the upper that will match perfectly with those “dad jeans” (insert laughing emoji here). The leather tag you see on your favorite jeans appears as a tongue tag with more brown leather detailing on the Swoosh logos. The rest of the shoe is hit with navy blue and red accents while a white midsole and gum rubber outsole serve as the base with graphic floral insoles and an embroidered floral heel finishing off the look.
An exact release date has not been announced yet, but look for this denim colorway of the Nike Air Monarch 4 to release around Father’s Day 2019.
